We are looking for a Senior Spare Parts Specialist to join our Supply Chain Customer Service Department, which in E80 Group deals with managing the supply of spare parts for installed system.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests trought ticketing system (SalesForce). 
• Manage quotations and sales orders creation (SAP).
• Manage order confirmation and delivery times.
• Customer Support: identify needed parts, provide technical information, and handle inquiries or complaints.
• Manage spare parts warranties. 
• Data Management: update and maintain accurate records in database systems (SAP) regarding pricing, deliveries and orders status.
• Support the branches around the world.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts management.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Very good communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Italian language will be considered a plus.
• Working experience on SAP ERP and Sales Force CRM will be considered a plus.
• Valid driving license.
