We are looking for a High Bay Warehouse Project Manager who will join the High Bay Warehouse Division and will be responsible for the implementation of automated warehouse systems. The HBW Project Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of the project, from budget planning and budgeting through execution, testing and final commissioning at the customer’s site.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders, both internal (project team) and external (end customers)
- Ensure that both on-site and off-site activities comply with the quality, budget, and timeline objectives defined in the contract
- Collaborate with internal departments involved in project development to verify process effectiveness and alignment with the quality system
- Manage any change requests related to the initial contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in civil engineering or other related engineering degrees
- Experience in automated warehouses, intralogistics, or material handling systems.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of advanced information systems, ERP, and BI tools
- Familiarity with key tools and methodologies of Project Managment
- Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and focus on delivering customer value
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies across development activities
- Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and results orientation
- Strong project planning, cost control, and schedule management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
Preferred Requirements
- Proficiency in a second foreign language (French or Spanish)
- PMP certification from PMI (or an equivalent qualification)
