The HR Specialist will be responsible for the creation, development, and execution of the Group’s strategic recruitment activities (Italy and foreign branches), which include the management of the entire selection process from the search for candidates to the negotiation phase, on-boarding and definition of the induction plan and follow-up activities.
Responsibilities:
- Define the research strategy for the different corporate positions in agreement with the Business Unit Manager and collaborate globally with the hiring managers of foreign branches for recruiting activities
- Perform the selection and interview of candidates
- Process the contractual offer and manage its negotiation
- Planning the hiring and on-boarding process
- Support the HR team in the creation and implementation of processes related to resource development
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Department to define strategies of Employer branding and communications aimed at positioning the brand in the job market
- Manage collaboration relationships with higher education institutions and universities (Career Days, company presentations, internships, scholarships, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in the role and in the research and selection of professional figures from the hi-tech, automation and automotive world.

- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
