The Quality & Improvement Specialist works in the Product Improvement department which in the E80 Group is in charge of promoting and monitoring all corrective actions needed to improve the product.

Responsibilities:

• Opening, managing and resolving Internal and Customer Non-Conformities, analysing possible production anomalies, studying the causes, and actively searching for solutions.
• Monitoring quality indicators in order to implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Managing and updating Quality documentation, carrying out reviews and visits to suppliers
• Performing audits for the qualification of new suppliers.
• Collaborating with the Technical Department in the development and testing of new products/applications
• Ensuring correct and up-to-date maintenance of measuring instruments

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering area
• Propensity towards problem-solving
• High level of proactivity
• Planning and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of mechanical design and use of measuring instruments
• Working knowledge of the basic principles of welding, hydraulics and machining
• Good command of English
