Who are You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Specialist to join our HR Mexico team. In this role, you will be responsible to following the payroll process as well as ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Supervise payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Working with internal systems (Success Factors & Fiasa) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Calculate severance, bonuses, savings funds, and other employee benefits.
  • Support financial reporting and provide documentation for legal compliance.
  • Attend external customer requirements.
  • Establish compensation and payroll's proceadures and policies.

Compensations

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits plans.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus calculations.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation and benefits metrics to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage the annual HR Budget: the financial plan that defines expected costs for HR operations, programs, and initiatives for the year.
  • Develop and update the HR Forecast: the revised projection of HR-related costs and headcount needs, based on actual results, market conditions, and business priorities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll (Infonavit, 3%, Repse, IMSS, etc).
  • Experience using payroll systems (Success Factors prefered and Fiasa).
  • Advance reporting tools (Excel, PowerBi, others).
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
