Responsibilities:

• Process employee expense reports

• Frequent reports to managers of expenses pending to fill and/or approve.

• Other Reports to controlling

• Contact employees to clarify expenses

• Contact with people at different levels of the organization

• Company´s cards monthly conciliation

• Other special projects as needed.

   

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Administration or equivalent experience preferable

• Understanding of accounting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Basic SAP experience preferably

• Experience with travel expenses preferably

• Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization

• Team work

• Proactive
