Who You Are
 

We are looking for a dedicated Spare Parts Specialist to join our Supply Chain Customer Service team at E80 Group Pty in Melbourne.

In this role, you will manage the supply of small spare parts and associated shipping documentation for our installed systems, ensuring that our customers receive the items they need efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
 

• Assist customers in identifying the correct spare parts.
• Oversee the entire process from the customer’s request to the delivery of components, including creating offers, entering sales orders into our system, managing order confirmations, and coordinating delivery times.
• Prepare shipments, including picking the parts, generating shipping documents, and coordinating with couriers.
• Manage consignment stock when applicable.
• Handle warranties for spare parts.
• Process returned materials following customer interventions or repairs.

Requirements
 

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics and Warehousing, Technical Sales, or Customer Service).
• 1+ years of experience in spare parts management.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, SAGE ERP, or Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and car owner.
• Permanent rights to work in Australia, with no restrictions.
