We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner with broad expertise across HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, recruiting, training, and reporting. You’ll play a key role supporting both our local HR team in Chicago and our headquarter in Viano, Italy.

This is a unique opportunity: you’ll either be hired directly in Chicago or begin in Italy, with a planned relocation to the U.S. after a few months.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. HR laws and regulations.
  • Drive organisational analysis and implement improvements to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Oversee compensation and incentive frameworks, including annual salary reviews and MBO programs.
  • Manage performance evaluations and reviews.
  • Collaborate with the international HR Dept. and the Italian headquarter to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management using platforms like SuccessFactors and Nexonia.
  • Maintain HR data systems and ensure up-to-date organization charts and reports.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support the identification of learning needs and implement training initiatives.
  • Contribute to recruitment and selection processes.
  • Stay current with the latest HR trends and best practices.

 

What You Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (B2-C1).
  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for improving the employee experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
