The CS E/M Engineer, part of the Customer Service department, will be responsible for all after-sales activities. This role primarily involves electrical and mechanical maintenance in a field of automation and warehouse system management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of all E80 system components through regular inspections and both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to quickly restore machine functionality.
- Calibrate and configure machines and automation devices to maintain optimal performance and accuracy.
- Manage partial or full system upgrades and modifications to modernize outdated equipment and improve efficiency.
- Prepare clear technical reports and spare‑parts lists upon completion of maintenance or repair tasks.
- Continuously monitor E80 system performance, promptly reporting issues or anomalies to the appropriate managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering preferred; a background in Mechatronics is considered a strong plus.
- Experience in the automation and/or material handling industry preferred, with exposure to industrial equipment, systems maintenance, or automated processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to apply this expertise in field operations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics is required.
- Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to other technical professionals and cross functional stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team oriented environment.
