Position Description:

 

The CS E/M Engineer Coordinator, part of the Customer Service department, coordinates Electromechanics Engineers’ work and provides technical support to them. Performs electrical and mechanical maintenance in a field of automation and warehouse system management.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Leads and coordinates the daily activities of the Electromechanics Engineering team, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and consistent execution across all assigned sites.
  • Oversees all service activities and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Plans and manages coverage for all Electromechanics Engineer absences, ensuring uninterrupted support for customer operations.
  • Develops team capabilities, promoting skill growth, professional development, and a culture of technical excellence.
  • Monitors and ensures the effectiveness of Electromechanics Engineering activities, guaranteeing adherence to customer requirements and timely completion of daily reporting obligations.
  • Supplies Customer Care Management with accurate and timely updates, including activity status, risks, and improvement opportunities across customer sites.
  • Manages and coordinates contractor engagement, guaranteeing compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and technical expectations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering preferred; a background in Mechatronics is considered a plus.
  • Experience in the automation and/or material handling industry preferred, with exposure to industrial equipment, systems maintenance, or automated processes.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members, driving results through effective coordination and teamwork.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to apply this expertise in field operations.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics is required.
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to other technical professionals and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team oriented environment.
  • Forward thinking mindset with the ability to plan and anticipate operational needs over a 3–6 month time horizon.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for reporting, customer interaction, and internal coordination.
